Accepted Insurance Plans
We are a participating provider for Medicare & Aetna Commercial Plans (HMO, PPO, EPO)
For all other major carriers, we operate as a specialized Out-of-Network provider. This allows Dr. Murray to focus entirely on your clinical needs rather than insurance-mandated restrictions. We provide Direct Electronic Billing for:

The "Concierge" Difference: Unlike many out-of-network clinics, we do not require you to file your own superbills. We submit your claims electronically on your behalf, so your reimbursements or deductible credits are processed automatically by your carrier.

To ensure the highest ethical standards and compliance, we maintain a unified fee schedule. Our rates are the same whether you are utilizing insurance benefits or choosing our self-pay options.
Standard Visit Fees

New Patient Evaluation & Consultation: $160

Spinal Adjustment: $75

Extra-Spinal Adjustment (Extremities): $65

Specialized Services: (Spinal Decompression, IASTM, Cupping, Physical Rehab) – Pricing discussed during consultation.

How It Works

Verification: Bring your insurance card to your first appointment so we can verify your out-of-network or Medicare benefits.

Seamless Billing: We use our secure system to submit your visit details directly to your carrier.

Reimbursement: Your insurance company processes the claim and sends any eligible reimbursement or deductible credit directly to you. In some cases, reimbursement will be sent directly to our office depending on the insurance carrier.
